Ordering & Delivery Information

A carriage charge of £3.95 applies to all orders.

All orders will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the VAT rate.

Small Items are sent by Royal Mail post to any UK address (but not outside).
Larger Items are sent by a carrier service which normally delivers within two working days (Mon-Fri) after despatch from our warehouse. Please note that when several items are ordered they may not all be delivered together.
Very large Items (marked ) greenhouses, sheds, pergolas etc. - separate arrangements will be made for delivery.

Please note: For the Isles of Man, Wight and Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles, plus some Scottish Highland and Island postcodes, we reserve the right to contact you and advise an additional carriage charge. We are happy to quote for carriage of specific products to these areas, however some items may not be available - please contact us.

Republic of Ireland: Most products (except very large items  can be delivered at a carriage cost of £15.)

We accept payment for online orders by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) or Delta. Cards are debited when the order is first processed. All prices include VAT where applicable. An order acknowledgement will be enclosed with your order, or sent separately, depending on the product(s) ordered. In the event of a query it helps us if you can quote your Account Number as given on the acknowledgement. Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit should be referred to us, not the carriers involved. Wherever possible we will promptly replace damaged items, or failing that, provide a refund.
Complaints - It is our aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, and we will provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you advised about progress.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of being received. You may telephone our Customer Services Department number 0844 314 1342, fax 0844 314 0826 or email at info@ferndale-lodge.co.uk.
If you cancel before the goods have been despatched, we will refund your money in total within 30 days.
If goods have been despatched, we ask that you contact our Customer Services Department (details as above) who will arrange for the return of same and a refund within 30 days.
